Arriving For The 3-Day Mini-Workshops

Please make sure …

If you are flying and can’t get a flight that arrives on FRIDAY before … 

• 8:00am (Piano Workshop)
• 12:00pm (Vocal Workshop)
• 2:00pm (Brazilian/Latin Jazz Workshop)
• 3:00pm (Big Band Workshop)

If you are driving and cannot arrive on FRIDAY before … 

• 9:00am (Piano Workshop)
• 1:00pm (Vocal Workshop)
• 3:00pm (Brazilian/Latin Jazz Workshop)
• 4:00pm (Big Band Workshop)

If you are planning to stay in the dorms … 

… then you should consider arriving a day early – on THURSDAY. There is an extra charge for an extra night in the dorm.

If you arrive on Thursday, you must arrive by 9pm (dorm accommodations only). Those planning to arrive a day early MUST let us know by JUNE 1st. Also, all fees must be postmarked by JUNE 1st, including the charge for the extra night in the dorm. If you arrive early there are NO activities or meal plans scheduled for Thursday; however, there are restaurants within walking distance on campus.
