Arriving For The 2-Day Sessions
Registration for the 2-Day Sessions begin SATURDAY at 8:00am. You should arrive on campus no later than SATURDAY at 9:00am.
Please make sure …
- If you are flying and can’t get a flight that arrives on SATURDAY before 8:00am
- If you are driving and cannot arrive on SATURDAY before 9:00am
- If you are planning on staying in the dorms
… then you should consider arriving a day early – on FRIDAY. There is an extra charge for an extra night in the dorm.
If you arrive on Friday, you must arrive by 9pm (dorm accommodations only). Those planning to arrive a day early MUST let us know by JUNE 1st. Also, all fees must be postmarked by JUNE 1st, including the charge for the extra night in the dorm. If you arrive early there are NO activities or meal plans scheduled for Friday; however, there are restaurants within walking distance on campus.
